How AI is used on this site
I use AI frequently in my professional life. This page expresses clearly where AI was involved in the creation and maintenance of this site, and where it wasn't.
The writing
The words are mine. I research with AI and I draft with AI, and then I write the piece. Everything currently published has been written or rewritten by me.
That is not the same as claiming no AI touched it. It means the thinking, the judgement, the argument and the final sentences are mine, and that if something here is wrong, the mistake is mine.
The structure, layout and code are AI-generated. I specify what I want, AI builds it, I review and correct it. That covers the page templates, the styling, the content pipeline and most of the plumbing.
The repository is public. You're welcome to examine the commit history.
The tools
CLAUS, LoadedZone and Walk are built the same way: my ideas, my design decisions, my calls about what the tool should be and who it's for, with AI doing the heavy lifting of construction. Although CLAUS is experimental, it adheres to the EU AI Act's Article 50 transparency obligations: it tells you you're talking to an AI, because you are.
Why this matters
I can't claim the "no AI" badge. I use AI where I genuinely believe it adds value, and that is a constantly evolving picture. I don't want to hide the fact that this is how I work.
